1. 45 gauge steel:

3、2Cr13：

Heat treatment process: preparatory heat treatment process - tempering treatment - stress relieving treatment - high frequency quenching, low temperature tempering

　　2Cr13 steel has good machinability, so it can have excellent corrosion resistance and good toughness after heat treatment. In order to be able to maximise 2Cr13, it is necessary to correctly determine the heating temperature, time, holding time, cooling mode, so that through the correct heat treatment process, so that the surface of the heat-treated 2Cr13 piston rods in addition to high hardness, high abrasion resistance, high resistance to pitting corrosion, high fatigue strength, but also high strength and toughness, so as to meet the quality of the piston rods required.
